Neuro-Sync Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Neuro-Sync.ca website ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. The Site is owned and operated by the Neuro-Sync Institute. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of the Neuro-Sync Institute or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. The "Neuro-Sync" name, the Clarity-Peak system, and related methodologies are trademarks.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on the Site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. You may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose; attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software; remove any copyright or proprietary notations; or transfer the materials to another person.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute relating to these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario.
